2. Use the time between missions to get to a vantage point and possibly to predict the next mode (ex. get to the enemy S&D location)
3. Set your sensitivity settings high (one level less Y recommended anyway)
4. ROUTE MEANS EVERYTHING: Flanking is how you get kills and WIN
5. Run a lot... A LOT! (The Boost ability isn't necessary though)
6. Tacticians are mandatory in order to win a game.
It remains one of the best games on the platform.
is with the graphics beeing bad... Horrific, and the console selling well dispite that. Also the controls are not even close to precision I was promised back in the day! SO, I switched to PS3 :)
Worrying about the sales of the game you like and knowing how many other people got the game is no phenomenon... If you'd have had played UT3 on PS3 you'd know that very well: a great game -one of the best on the platform- but no players online!
Also if a great game sells well you can expect DLC and a sequel at some point as well.

No, I'd say the graphics are worse than in Gears 2. Still, Gears 2 is no match for Killzone 2 or Uncharted: Among thieves

The weapons are way too inaccurate and the controls are clumsy. Many of your deaths have nothing to do with you failing it's just bad luck.
But... There IS the STA-3... WHICH IS GREAT!
suprisingly, better than many other games' even when it's just a preparation for the multiplayer component!
Also Killzone 2 is probably one of those games where the SP gets largely dismissed.
Like how so many people thought it's an excellent game.

They haven't even played the game! Sniper is the "Assist class"? "You get the rifles on higher levels"..?
Here are some FACTS: Sniper kills everyone with one hit except for the assault class, you get the rifles on the very start of the game, classes are well balanced AND YES: the game has some serious problems.
Why? Well... The controls are cumbersome mainly due to ridiculous acceleration, the weapons are far too inaccurate when aiming down the sights and too...
